Cooking can be easy & fun!

Wellness Cucina was created when I found myself unfulfilled cooking as sous chef in restaurants in NYC & Vegas. Then working as a clinical registered dietitian I wasn’t able create the impact I wanted.

People want flavorful food, and they want it quick!

As RDs, we know that eating out everyday isn’t the healthiest option, and we can probably agree that cooking dinner for hours, sucks!

The goal is a quick, easy, and delicious meal…something your clients will actually enjoy, and that will help them see success working with you even faster!

Real talk though…your clients don’t know where to start so they roll through the drive thru or heat pre-made frozen meals…but you know how much they’d benefit from cooking!

For your clients, cooking at home can feel overwhelming & leave them feeling paralyzed!

I’ve created the Kitchen Confidence Resource Library as a solution for you to help your clients gain the confidence and skills they need to cook healthy, delicious meal…quickly!

I worked in several fine dining & Michelin rated restaurants from NYC to Vegas. I’ve taken what I’ve learned from my experiences & teach the cooking skills that chefs use when prepping & cooking.

After culinary school, I became an RD, worked in hospitals, created cooking classes & instructional videos for the University of Nevada Cooperative Extension, taught at the University of New Mexico, and personal cheffed for professional athletes, busy families, and people with specialized nutritional needs. 

My real passion is teaching people that healthy & delicious can not only be in the same sentence…but also on the same plate! 🙌

I believe, if you learn to enjoy a variety of foods...the “good for you” part falls into place.


Outside of Wellness Cucina…

I currently live in Germany (Air Force wife life) with my mustache rocking husband, and sassy New Mexico pupper, Luna.

I enjoy make my pizza in the mini-oven on my porch...(it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I’m not just saying that because I make it)…cooking dishes from other cultures & creating new meals with what I have on hand. There is always something to learn!

Sunshine is my fave…you’ll find me outside running with my pupper, long boarding, or SUPing & during the winter snowboarding! 🤙

My guilty pleasures are rom-coms & Netflix reality tv. 😅 I love a well made cocktail, a Gin Fizz is my go-to!

When I am not working with you & your clients…I’m traveling, exploring new foods or on the hunt for an amazing cup of coffee!
